Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Cases, Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus Cases, and Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Cases Gold within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The item should not have been altered or tampered with.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:

  • Any personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items that show signs of use or damage after being opened or used.

How to Return Your Product

Returning your product is easy and hassle-free. Follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: We will issue refunds to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your product for a different model, color, or size, simply reach out to our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
